I really enjoy New Adult books because I'm 23 and I feel it can be easier to connect with the characters, and I'm a uni student so they're often more on a similar path to my life. I really loved Easy, and am interested in trying out more New Adult books.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure that I like it in particular as opposed to the other reading levels like YA or adult. I just like a good story no matter the level.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite YA so far has been Because of Low and Beautiful Disaster.
Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.
What I love about YA Adult is that I enjoy the story and have a bit of sexiness from them. I loved Slammed by Colleen Hoover.
ReplyDeleteI like that they are that little bit more compared to YA. My favorite is probably Losing It.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite NA so far has to be Easy. I love YA, and much of current YA could be classified as NA, but often I want the more mature content of soemthing labeled NA. Usually that means I'm gonna get a bit steamier read. I'm a sucker for a steamy read. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI love the age of the characters being 18-25 because I loved my college years. Grad school, not so much.
ReplyDeleteI just finished Hopeless today and it's gotta be my fave! I want to read On Dublin Street and Losing It among others.
I'm loving the new adult books! It's hard to pick one favorite so I'll list a few - Charade by Nyrae Dawn, Hopeless by Colleen Hoover, The Edge of Never, The Coincidence of Callie & Kayden. I've read and loved 5 out of 6 on your list. I still need to read Losing It so hopefully I can win it here :)
ReplyDeleteI like that NA books are close to reality. :)
ReplyDeleteI like that NA book involve people my age that are going through college and similar things to me. NA is the first time I've ever been able to relate to contemporary novels. My favorite so far has been Easy by Tammara Webber!
ReplyDeleteLove Abbi Glines and need to get to her newest
ReplyDeleteI love that you get angst and steam! My faves are Beautiful Disaster and On Dublin Street! Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteI love the more mature issues dealt with in the NA books versus YA and the steamy sex scenes are great too!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite so far is Beautiful Disaster!
Thanks,
Leanne
I love NA books because they are relatable to those of us who were in limbo between Ya and Adult books. They are emotional & usually contain romance, my favorite (:
ReplyDeleteone of my favorites is Easy by Tammara Webber!
I love Hopeless and Flat-Out Love
ReplyDeleteNA is great because it has elements from both adult and YA, but it's still fresh and unique
I love the perfect mixture of passion and story. My favourite so far is still Beautiful Disaster!
ReplyDeleteI like the lack of whiny, angsty drama. I really loved Easy,
ReplyDeleteI don't know that I have a FAVORITE, but Slammed, PoR, anything Abbi Glines, Flat Out Love, and The Perfect Game. I have many more, but I will stop there. :) I love the NA genre because I always loved YA because I love first loves, and think that NA does a lot of that, too, but more adult. And since I'm not a teen anymore, I definitely enjoy the more adult aspect of it.
ReplyDeleteI have multiple favorites with Tasting Never by CM Stunich and On The Plus Side by Tabatha Vargo top my list. It just seems that the new adult books/stories closely follow actual life. I feel like I know the people in the books.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what my favorite is,but I love the fact that there more relateable with the lives of people.
ReplyDeleteI love them all! Especially enjoyed Hopeless and Ten Tiny Breaths recently! Love the age of the characters, "adult" content and great emotional stories in most!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read very many, but I like the genre. It's much more adult for me than the teenage drama in YA books.
ReplyDeleteI like the stories and the characters! My favorite are Captive in the Dark and Seduced in the Dark by C.J. Roberts(:
ReplyDeleteMy favorite so far is Beautiful Disaster! :)

ReplyDeleteI can't distinguish NA from YA ;p
ReplyDeletebut I love a good happy ending story whatever it is
I haven't actually read any yet, but they sound really interesting. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteNew adult is my favorite genre because I'm 18 and I feel like I'm stuck in the middle of being too old for some YA books and too young for some adult books! NA is the perfect medium! I have way too many NA books but a few are Beautiful Disaster, My Favorite Mistake, Fallen Too Far, Hopeless, Pushing the Limits, and many many more! Thanks for the giveaway! I really love your blog!
ReplyDeleteAll the Covers for NA are amazing! I love the fact that there is a different in high school and Adult :) Brings on some fresh new books, and seems like this genre will be flying off the shelves!

Right now I am reading Entangled, we will see how it goes.
I haven't read too many NA yet, so I don't have a favorite. But I love that they're similar to YA (kinda) but more mature, since I'm not a teen anymore.
ReplyDeleteI am loving the maturity if the books versus reading YA where I was always left wanting just a little more. My favorite book so far is Beautiful Disaster.
ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteI love about New Adult books that the main characters are just starting to really begin their lives, with all the adventures that come with it. I love that a lot of the time in the genre, the character(s) are first experiencing love and romance, and I like to begin to care about the characters.
Currently, my favorite New Adult book is Flat-Out Love, by Jessica Park.
Thank you for offering this wonderful giveaway! My fingers and toes are all crossed to perhaps win an ebook - The Coincidence of Callie & Kayden is calling to me... :-)
Best Wishes,
Lindsey V.
Well I love that the stories are about young people but they are out of high school and they have more mature problems to deal with. I actually love the maturity! Beautiful Disaster is one of my favorites. Thanks for the great giveaway!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the great giveaway! It is so hard to choose my favorite. I love all that you have listed above. The only one I don't have is Flat Out Love. I really loved The Edge of Never. Courtney Cole's If you Stay was really good. I love anything Abbi Glines writes. The Forever of Michael and Ella was great to. I guess the think i like most about the them is intensity of the romance. Oh, I forgot about Beautiful Disaster. Loved that to.
ReplyDeleteCant say I have one fav over another so far. I like them because the characters are generally around my age and I can relate. :)
ReplyDeleteI am new to the genre, so I don't have any favorites yet, but I love that it is a bit more mature than most YA, but still not quite adult.
